Pray she doesnt lie and tell the judge that u didnt see her and u moved into her lane. Even so...get an estimate for how much it will run u at then....if its not that much money she might just give u the cash. The damage doesnt look that bad. Shouldnt cost u more than 200 dollars. Just a couple of scratches that didnt even penetrate the paint. Looks like it scraped just the clear coat. Good luck.
